We have field sites, for sourcing animals and conducting field studies, in Pennsylvania, Arkansas, Mississippi, Alabama, and Florida. |

The Solon Dixon Forestry Education Center, in Alabama, has served as the research base for our work on the effects of fire ants for the past 10 years. It has excellent accommodations and research facilities, is nestled in gorgeous stands of longleaf pine, and is dripping with wonderful wildlife and amazing plants (including a carnivorous bog). And there is a cold spring to cool off after a hot day of research. Follow them on Facebook |

We have been fortunate to work on Guana Island, in collaboration with The Conservation Agency. This is an amazing, largely untouched, private island with a unique fauna. |

We have space at Penn State's Rock Spring's Facility to set up artificial ponds (mesocosms) for conducting studies on amphibian population- and community-dynamics, and to house animals at Penn State and in the field. |
